Abby’s 12th Birthday

The morning of Abby’s 12th birthday we got to go to baptisms together at the temple after her breakfast in bed. The temple near us was closed so we went to Draper and it was under this gorgeous fog that day. It was really special to do that first thing on her birthday.

Afterwards Abby and I went to the mall so she could chose her own presents. Outfits, candy, and some bath products.

For dinner after dance she chose to go to Bruges for the best waffle in all the land.

When we got home the YW had decorated our door to introduce her officially to the Beehives!

My family also did a get together to celebrate her birthday along with other Spring birthdates.

I love that I got so much time that day with just my new 12 year old.
